Eclipse® Bulk Solids Single Rod Probes

The Eclipse single rod and twin rod bulk solids probes brings additional capabilities to the Eclipse GWR product line.
These probes are recommended for use in the lighter solids applications such as plastic pellets, grains, and powders.
The single rod and twin rod are available in lengths up to 60 feet and are designed for a 3000 lb. pulldown force.

Measurement Principle:
Guided Wave Radar is based upon the principle of TDR (Time Domain Reflectometry). Pulses of electromagnetic energy are transmitted down a probe. The pulse is reflected when it reaches an impedance change such as a liquid surface. The transit time is calculated and converted to level.
